With a heart full of happiness and on behalf of NYCN Kogi Central Zone, I extend my warmest congratulations to our Super Comrade, Hon. Babangida Onimisi Isah (BOI), on his victory in the just concluded NYCN National Election held at the Mariam Babangida National Centre for Women Development, FCT-Abuja.
