FAWWASS Congratulates New KOSIEC Secretary, Hails Governor Ododo for Inclusive Leadership

FairWin Women Advancement Association (FAWWASS) has extended heartfelt congratulations to the newly appointed Secretary of the Kogi State Independent Electoral Commission (KOSIEC), Mr Ohinoyi Muhammed.

The group through its President, Hon. Bilikisu Aliyu expressed confidence in the capacity of the new Secretary, noting that his wealth of experience in electoral matters will serve him well in the discharge of his duties.

Describing Mr Ohinoyi as a man of integrity and fairness, Hon. Bilikisu believes he will bring those virtues to bear in upholding the credibility and image of the Commission.

According to her, the appointment is a strategic move poised to strengthen and enhance the integrity of the electoral process in the state.

The leadership of the group further hailed the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for his inclusive leadership style and dedication to strengthening democratic institutions in the state.

While also conveying the group's profound appreciation to the Accountant-General of the state, Dr Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko for her significant role in facilitating the appointment, Hon. Bilikisu charged the new Secretary and other new appointees of the Commission to remain dedicated to their responsibilities and work tirelessly to sustain the conduct of credible elections that Kogi State has continued to witness in recent times.
