NYCN Vice Chairman-Elect, Mamood Congratulates Kogi Poly New Board Chairman, Others
The National Youth Council of Nigeria, (NYCN) Vice Chairman-Elect, Kogi Central, Comr. Mamood Avavome Muhammed has sent congratulatory message to Barrister Momohsanni Shuaibu on his recent appointment as the Board Chairman, Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja.
The NYCN is the umbrella body that advances and coordinates youth activities in the state.
Comr. Mamood, who is the new NYCN Vice Chairman-Elect, Kogi Central, describes Barrister Momohsanni as a legal luminary, an astute administrator, and an embodiment of the Ebira cultural heritage.
He said, "On behalf of the NYCN, Kogi Central, i heartily congratulate Barr. Momohsanni Shuaibu on this milestone achievement."
"His appointment does not come to us as a surprise, as he has over time displayed genuine love for education shown through his numerous philanthropic gestures and academic scholarship awarded to students across the state"
"This appointment does not only give credence to his capacity and track records, but also a reflection of the commitment of the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, to strengthening institutions through the selection of competent, capable, and credible hands."
Comr Mamood also noted that the appointment was a strategic and well-thought-out decision that aligns with the Governor’s vision for educational advancement and institutional reform in Kogi state.
He prayed that as Barr. Momohsanni Shuaibu takes over the new leadership role, his tenure will usher in new era of progress, discipline, and academic excellence for Kogi State Polytechnic, such that it will attract scholarships to the already well-positioned citadel of learning under the distinguished guidance of Prof. Salisu O Usman.
Comr Mamood further congratulate other illustrious sons and daughters of Ebira Nation who were also recently appointment as governing Council Members of the Polytechnic, and prayed God grant them wisdom to move the Polytechnic forward
