The Chairman of the Governing Council of Kogi State Polytechnic, Barr. Sani Momoh Shuaibu, has congratulated Muslim faithful across Kogi State on the occasion of the 2026 Eid el-Fitr celebration, marking the end of the Ramadan fast.

In his Sallah message made available to news men by his Media Aide, Audu MomohJimoh, Barr. Shuaibu urged the people of Kogi State, especially Muslims, to remain devoted to prayers for unity, peaceful coexistence, and the progress of the state.

He called on Kogites to use the occasion to promote integration and continue to support the leadership of the state, assuring that Kogi would soon witness the level of greatness desired by its citizens.
Barr. Shuaibu, who noted that the efforts of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo-led administration to transform the economy are yielding positive results, also advised Kogites to remain steadfast and united as the state’s leaders work towards its development.

Barr. Shuaibu said:

I congratulate the Muslim Ummah on the successful completion of the fast during the holy month of Ramadan and the celebration of Eid el-Fitr. I urge Nigerians to use this occasion to promote integration and continue to support the leadership of the state, as Kogi will soon attain the level of greatness desired by its citizens.

The efforts of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo-led administration to transform the economy are already yielding positive results. Citizens should remain steadfast and united while the state’s leaders work towards its progress. Kogi is the only state we can call our own; therefore, citizens, especially Muslims at this time, should pray fervently for the state, its leaders, and for sustained peaceful coexistence.”
