PHCs: Abdallah Hails Gov Ododo
As Kogi State Government Inaugurates 80 New Primary Healthcare Centres (PHC) across the State, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Sensitization, Hon. Abbas Musa Abdallah, has commended His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for his visionary leadership and firm commitment to improving the health and well-being of the people of Kogi State.
The commendation came following the inauguration of eighty new PHC across the state, a major stride in the Ododo administration’s effort to strengthen the healthcare delivery system and bring medical services closer to the grassroots.
The SSA described the initiative as “a clear demonstration of Governor Ododo’s people-oriented governance and dedication to human capital development.” He further noted that accessible healthcare is a key foundation for a productive population, especially among youths, women, and children.
He lauded the governor for prioritizing rural development and ensuring that every community benefits from dividends of democracy, adding that the new health facilities will not only save lives but also create job opportunities for health workers and support staff across the state.
The SSA reaffirmed his office’s readiness to continue mobilizing youths in support of the administration’s policies and programs, assuring the governor of sustained grassroots engagement and community participation in government initiatives.
