As the Town Hall Meeting was underway at the Glass Hall, Government House, Lokoja, the CityBoy Movement State Secretariat along Government House Road was also witnessing a steady influx of members and prospective members who expressed interest in becoming a voice in the Movement.
During the tour of the Secretariat upon his arrival in Lokoja, the Movement’s Director-General, Hon. Francis Oluwatosin Shoga, inspected the facility and observed the membership registration exercise.
He expressed satisfaction with the level of mobilisation and commended the State Director, Hon. Ogah Mark, for the work undertaken so far, while urging the State leadership to sustain the momentum across the State.
Within the last 2 weeks, Kogi State has garnered over 80,000 members online and offline. Kogi is the second-leading state chapter by membership strength, with Saturday’s registration adding more new members to the chapter’s register.
Reacting to the commendation from the National leadership, the Director said the recognition had further energised him to intensify mobilisation across the State for President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo
