A HEARTFELT APPRECIATION

I, Alh. Obaro U. Muhammed, former Director of Local Government, Adavi Local Government, on behalf of my lovely wife Hajiya Rekiya O. Obaro and family wish to write to express my wife's, profound gratitude to Hajia Dr. Onumoko Habibat, the Accountant General of Kogi State, for facilitating her appointment as Director of Administration and General Services, Adavi LGA. She is truly honored and humbled by this recognition, and is grateful for the trust placed in her.

I also wish to extend our sincere appreciation to His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, for the privilege to serve under his administration. Excellency sir, your leadership and vision for Kogi State are truly inspiring, and we are grateful to be part of your team.

To Hajia Dr. Onumoko Habibat, I say thank you on behalf of my wife for believing in her and for your tireless efforts in ensuring that merit is recognized and rewarded. Your support and guidance mean a lot to her, and she is grateful to have you as a role model. Thank you Mama Kogi.

I also wish to express our appreciation to Hon. Adams Adabenege, Chairman, Local Government Service Commission, for his leadership and commitment to excellence. We are confident that under his guidance, my wife will have the opportunity to serve Adavi LGA to the best of her abilities.

I am also grateful to have been a constant source of inspiration and support to my wife throughout her career, and I am proud of her achievement.

To her family, friends, and well-wishers, I say thank you for your love, support, and prayers. She is grateful for your confidence in her, and she is committed to making you all proud.

She is excited about this new chapter in her life, and is looking forward to working with the team at Adavi LGA led by Hon. Rasheed Bashiru Okatengwu, the executive chairman of Adavi Local Government to deliver excellent service to our people. She is confident that with God's grace, they will achieve great things and make a positive impact on our community.
