Forum of NYCN 21 LG Coordinators Condoles Governor Ododo Over Father’s DeathThe Forum of the 21 Local Government Coordinators of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) has commiserated with Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, over the demise of his father, Alh. Ahmed Momohsani Ododo.
In a condolence message, the Coordinators described the late Alh. Ododo as a respected community leader who lived a fulfilled life dedicated to the service of God and humanity.
The Council expressed deep sorrow over the passing of the Governor’s father and prayed for the repose of his soul.
They also asked God to grant Governor Ododo, his family, and the entire Ododo dynasty the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Speaking on behalf of the Forum, the Chairman, Comrade Edoka Abenelu Daniel, said: “We received with deep shock the news of the passing of Alh. Ahmed Momohsani Ododo. He was a father figure whose life of humility, discipline, and service remains an inspiration.
We stand firmly with His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, in this trying time, and we pray that Almighty God grants him and the family the strength to bear this great loss.”
The Forum reaffirmed its solidarity with the Governor during this period of grief, urging him to take solace in the enduring legacies of his late father.
