FAWWASS Inoziomi/Osisi/Ipaku Chapter Rallies Behind Bello, Ahovi Ahead of National Assembly Poll

The Inoziomi/Osisi/Ipaku Chapter of the FairWin Women Advancement Association (FAWWASS) has reiterated its support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) and pledged total commitment to the electoral success of the party's National Assembly candidates, former Governor Yahaya Bello for the Senate and Hon. Mohammed Yusuf Ahovi for the House of Representatives, Adavi/Okehi Federal Constituency.
The declaration was made during the chapter's meeting, which brought together members from the three areas to review ongoing mobilization efforts and strengthen grassroots strategies ahead of the forthcoming National Assembly election.
Addressing members at the meeting, the president of FAWWASS, Hon. Bilikisu Aliyu, commended the commitment and doggedness of members.
She described former Governor Yahaya Bello as a transformational leader whose developmental achievements continue to inspire confidence across Kogi State.
According to her, former governor Bello's investments in infrastructure, youth empowerment, education, healthcare, and security have earned him widespread goodwill and enduring support among the people.
Hon. Bilikisu also expressed confidence in the candidacy of Hon. Mohammed Yusuf Ahovi, describing him as a competent, experienced, and dependable politician with the capacity to effectively represent the interests of the people at the National Assembly.
The chapter also received the APC State Chairman, Engr. Aliyu Momoh Ezu, who urged members to remain united, steadfast, and committed to consolidating the achievements of the party through sustained grassroots mobilization and voter engagement.
He commended FAWWASS for its consistency in supporting the APC and encouraged members to intensify efforts ahead of the polls.
The meeting ended with special prayers for peaceful, free, and credible elections, as well as victory for former Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello, Hon. Mohammed Yusuf Ahovi, and all candidates of the All Progressives Congress.
