In a passionate address at a recent youth rally in Lokoja, Kogi State capital, the APC Chairmanship Candidate in Ogori/Magongo LGA, Hon. Sunday Ezekiel Osiako, has called on the youth of the state to unite and support the re-elections of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Ododo, ahead of the 2027 elections.
Hon. Osiako emphasized the importance of the youth in shaping the future of Nigeria, urging them to channel their energy toward securing victory for both leaders.
Speaking to a crowd of enthusiastic young supporters, Osiako highlighted the transformative leadership of Tinubu at the national level and Ododo's commitment to the development of Kogi State. He pointed out that, with their vision and dedication, the duo were best positioned to lead the country and state into a new era of progress and prosperity.
"We must ensure that our voices are heard in the upcoming elections. The time has come for us to support the leadership that has shown a clear vision for our future. Tinubu's presidency will usher in a brighter Nigeria, and Ododo's leadership will bring the needed change to Kogi State," Hon. Osiako said.
He further called on the youth to be proactive in spreading the message of hope, unity, and progress, stressing that the success of the 2027 elections relies heavily on their involvement and commitment.
The rally, which was attended by various youth groups from across Kogi State, ended on a high note with spirited chants of support for Tinubu and Ododo, marking the beginning of what is expected to be a robust campaign season.
