Christmas: APC Chairmanship Candidate, Hon. Sunday Osiako, Felicitates Christians, Calls for Love and Unity
A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogori/Magongo Local Government Area and APC Chairmanship Candidate for the forthcoming Local Government election in Ogori/Magongo LGA, Kogi State, Hon. Sunday Osiako, has extended warm felicitations to Christians in Ogori/Magongo and across Kogi State as they join the rest of the world in celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.

Hon. Osiako congratulated Christian faithful in Kogi State and Nigeria on the joyous occasion of Christmas 2025.
He urged citizens to use the celebration to reflect deeply on the virtues exemplified by Jesus Christ, particularly love, peace, tolerance and compassion for one another.
According to him, the commemoration of the birth of Jesus Christ is an important opportunity to strengthen family bonds, promote unity and extend hands of kindness to the less privileged in society.
He encouraged citizens to emulate the life and teachings of Christ, who stood for truth, righteousness and selflessness.
“As we mark this Yuletide season,” he said, “let us devote time to pray for our leaders and appreciate the efforts of the government toward improving the welfare and security of the people.”
He further appealed to Kogites to remain optimistic about the future, work collectively for national greatness and continue to promote peaceful coexistence in their respective communities.
Hon. Osiako noted that Kogi State has continued to record progress and expressed confidence that with sustained prayers, unity and determination, the State will attain greater heights.
He wished all Christian faithful a peaceful, joyous and prosperous Christmas celebration.
