Her Women & Youth Economic Support Initiatives is topnotch. Her Startup capital to over 400 women engaged in petty trading, Grinding machines, sewing machines, and agricultural tools to young entrepreneurs, steady supplies of food items and essential supplies to over 300 low income households.
The initiative has since grown into an annual programme that has empowered hundreds.
Committed to nurturing the next generation, she awarded scholarships to secondary school students, notable, 12 undergraduates studying accounting, economics, and public administration.
She further donated instructional materials to schools in Ayangba, Ogbabede, and Olowa communities.

Understanding the challenges many widows face, Dr. Habibat organized a special outreach where: 80 widows were enrolled in vocational skills training (tailoring, soap making, catering)
Each trainee received starter packs for immediate business takeoff,
Cash support was provided to elderly women with no stable income.
Her compassion continues to bring dignity and hope to vulnerable women in her constituency and beyond.
Dr. Habibat believes that development cannot thrive without safety and peace. As insecurity rises across many parts of the country, her contributions to strengthening security in her local government have been deliberate, proactive, and effective. 3 operational motorcycles, Reflective jackets and torchlights, Fuel allowances and logistics support, First aid kits, Rain boots, communication radios, Financial stipends.
These efforts boosted night patrol operations in some LGAs across the state and improving response time to distress calls.
This significantly strengthened bush guard operations in areas vulnerable to bandit movements.
