In line with Section 20 of the Kogi State Education Law, 2020, the Kogi State Ministry of Education has sealed off some schools in Lokoja, the state capital, for operating illegally.
The affected schools include:
1. Goodland Academy, Zango Road.
2. Arise and Shine Nursery and Primary School, Zango.
3. Nifemi Comprehensive Nursery and Primary School, Barracks.
4. Jessi Model Academy, Barracks.
5. Al-Hikma Nursery and Primary School, Lokongoma.
According to the Ministry, the action is part of ongoing efforts to ensure compliance with the state’s education standards and regulations.
