The Coordinator of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Omala Local Government Chapter, Comrade Moses Ocheje, has congratulated the newly elected National President of the Council, Ambassador Babangida Onimisi Isah, on his emergence as the new helmsman of the youth body.
In a statement issued to newsmen, Comrade Moses described Babangida’s victory as a reflection of the trust and confidence reposed in him by Nigerian youths across the federation.
He noted that the new president’s antecedents in youth development, leadership, and advocacy positioned him as the right person to lead the Council at this critical time.
The Coordinator expressed optimism that under Babangida’s leadership, the NYCN will witness renewed vibrancy, inclusiveness, and stronger engagement with government and development partners.
He further pledged the support and cooperation of the Omala Chapter of the Council to ensure the success of the new administration, urging all youths to unite and work collectively towards the advancement of the Nigerian youth agenda.
Comrade Moses prayed for divine wisdom, strength, and guidance for the new president in the discharge of his responsibilities.
