Dr Habibat's recent tour round the state is something nobody has ever done, call it whatever you like or want, but that is network building.
Her mobilization strength is legendary, from city streets to rural corners, the energy,the commitment and the love shown her by massive crowd speaks volumes,and testament of one who is naturally loved, her presence was felt, her words respected, and her compassion remembered.
Her days as a staff of Okene Local Government Council, Hajiya Habitat Onumoko was called "BIG MUMMY" at her tender age, because she was a MOTHER HEN, you can't meet with her and not getting your problems solved, she was very visible and helpful to all, especially in the lives of Vulnerable people, Less privileged, Widows and Widowers in the Society, her discipline work ethic and generosity didn't start with her new position, she was raised that way.
Through her women empowerment programs, Fairwin Women Advancement Association Of Nigeria ( FAWWASS), she continues to raise not just women from humble beginnings, giving women opportunities to learn, earn, and lead.
Her love for the people also touched the male gender, thereby working on giving birth to the male wing of (FAWWASS) her efforts and generosities isn’t seasonal, it’s consistent and it has been on for many years,
The passion for work, commitment to prompt salary payments, staff welfare and financial accountability made everyone sing praises of her leadership as the Accountant General and nicknamed His Excellency Gov Ahmed Usman Ododo as the Salary Governor.
To those who knows her, she does not play with SALARY WEEK, she shut down everything active and everyone till the last salary is paid.
Chief (Dr) Habibat is not just serving, she’s redefining service.
Not just leading, she’s lifting others to lead too.
A woman of substance, a political gem, and a true symbol of what leadership should look like, graceful, grounded, and impactful.
She is proof that leadership can wear a kind face and still deliver results.
