
In a heartfelt tribute today, the Kogi State Chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), led by the Chairman, Comrade Benjamin Ojodale Jeremiah, extended warm birthday felicitations to Former Governor Yahaya Bello, celebrating his remarkable contributions to youth development and progressive governance.
“Today, we honor a statesman whose legacy resonates deeply within the hearts of young Kogites,” declared by Comrade Ojodale in a statement released from his office in Lokoja .
Comrade Benjamin Ojodale Jeremiah explained that during the tenure of Alh. Yahaya Bello, he launched scholarship programs that empowered thousands of indigent students across Kogi State, and championed youth inclusion through initiatives and various empowerment schemes.
“As Kogi youths, we remain eternally grateful for your bold steps in opening doors of possibility,” the NYCN chairman pledged Kogi youths unalloyed loyalty to the former governor.
Comrade Ojodale on behalf of Kogi youths further extended heartfelt prayers and goodwill wishes to the governor and his family.
The birthday message concluded with a statement charging the youths in the state to close ranks and contribute their own quota to the growth and development of the state.
“On this special day, the Kogi State NYCN reaffirms its readiness to sustain the legacies of unity and hardwork built by Alh. Yahaya Bello, by promoting partnership between young leaders, government, and private stakeholders for the brighter future of Kogi and Nigeria.”
