"You've been at the forefront of delivering quality infrastructure, Complementing gov Ododo's development efforts", Kogi AG Commends Works Commissioner

Kogi State Accountant-General, Dr Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko has extended warm felicitations to the Honourable Commissioner for Works, Hon. Mohammed Ahovi Yusuf, as he marks his birthday.

In a statement made available to journalists on Monday, the AG commended the Commissioner for his outstanding contributions to the development of the state’s infrastructure.

According to her, the Commissioner's tenure has been marked by visible transformation across towns and rural communities, owing to his tireless efforts and strategic vision.

The statement added that, “from road constructions and rehabilitation to critical bridge projects and town renewal schemes, the Commissioner has consistently demonstrated that he's a round peg in a round hole". 

"He has been at the forefront of delivering quality infrastructure and complementing the development efforts of our governor, His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo."

The Accountant General further noted that under Ahovi's watch, the Ministry of Works has earned the trust of citizens owing to timely project execution and transparency.

She expressed hope for greater achievements in the years ahead, praying for continued wisdom, strength, and grace for the Commissioner as he continues to serve the people of Kogi State.
