Hon. Abdullahi Abdulmalik has led a delegation of outstanding students from Kogi Central, who secured first, second, and third positions at the National Mathematics Competition on a courtesy visit to Hon. Barrister Sani Shaibu at his Kings Royal Residence in Inike Street, Okene.
The students proudly presented their winning medals during the visit.
In a statement issued by his Media Spokesperson, Audu Momohjimoh, Hon. Barrister Sani Shaibu lauded Abdulmalik and his team for their discipline, brilliance, and commitment to excellence. He described their victory as a source of pride for the Kogi Central Senatorial District and a clear pointer to the immense potential of young people when properly guided and supported.
He further advised the students to key into available Skill Acquisition Programmes, emphasizing that combining academic excellence with practical skills remains essential for self-reliance and future success.
In recognition of their remarkable achievement, Hon. Barrister Sani Shaibu extended financial support to both the students and their teachers as a token of encouragement.
