Ogori/Magongo: New APC Chairman, Akpata Pledges Unity, Progress for Party

The new chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogori/Magongo Local Government Area, Hon. Friday Akpata, has expressed profound gratitude to party members and residents of the area for their confidence and overwhelming support that led to his emergence after the local government Congress.

In a thank-you message, Akpata described his election as a collective victory for the party and the people of Ogori/Magongo, pledging to work tirelessly to strengthen party unity, promote inclusive participation, and ensure the APC remains a formidable force in the local government.

He commended party leaders, stakeholders, delegates, and grassroots supporters for their peaceful conduct and commitment to democratic principles during the process, noting that their maturity and cooperation have further strengthened the party’s foundation.
