Kogi State Accountant General Visits Ganaja Community, Hails Grassroots Unity
The Accountant General of Kogi State, Dr. Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko, paid a courtesy visit today to the Ganaja community in Ajaokuta Local Government Area.
During the visit, Dr. Habibat expressed gratitude to the people of the area for their unwavering support for the current administration.
While applauding the strong sense of togetherness, community support, and collective action shown by the local residents of Ganaja, she said, "the present administration is committed to sustaining the legacy projects of the former Governor of Kogi State, Alh. Yahaya Bello CON. These efforts are not just promises, they are visible, tangible, and impactful for all to see."
The Accountant General also revealed that the present administration has made significant progress in health, infrastructure, education, and security.

"Our government is delivering dividends of Democracy to every nooks and crannues. If you see anything we have not done please don't hesitate to tell us and our government will not promise you what it can not deliver".
Speaking further, she explained that she was in the area to thank them personally for their continued support and prayers for the incumbent governor of the state.
According to her, the visit to Ganaja is part of a series of her ongoing engagements across local government areas in Kogi State.
Dr. Habibat was warmly received by the House of Representative Member from Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, traditional rulers, community leaders, and serving and former political appointees from the area.
In their separate remarks, the people of the area pledged unalloyed loyalty to the present administration and promised to return governor Ahmed Usman Ododo to Lugard House in 2027.
The event concluded with prayers for the peace and progress of Kogi State, as well as for Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, former Governor Yahaya Bello, and the Accountant General herself.
